What qualify me to be a rehab coach?
Over the years i've observed people struggling to rehabilitate a damaged house and apartment building using their own financial resources to navigating the banks rehab mortgage loan programs. Many times these individuals have incountered unnecesary challenges during the construction phase of the rehab project and/or navigating their lender rehab mortgage process and not completing the rehab process sometime losing their investment.
I believe i can help anyone who for what ever reason find it difficult or intimidating finding and rehabing their dream home using the banks' resources.
I have been in the housing industry for over 30 years. I have worked as a morgtgage loan officer specializing in FHA, FHA203K, VA and conventional mortgages. I have rehabbed many real estate properties using my own financial resources and the banks' money. In addition to being an active coach, I am currently an approved hud fha 203k consultant/Inspector. I am confident and passionate about bringing these skills to bear helping others achieve their goals of home ownership using the rehab process
A real estate rehab coach is a type of consultant that provide an outside perspective for facilitating your goal(s). They will help you not only real estate rehab issues, but issues of a more personal nature like challenges and obstancles blocking your goal(s) fulfillment, recommend custom strategies to help, understanding what is most important to you. A Coach will assist and guide you in the pursuit of your goal(s), provide clarity of vision and how it fits in with your personal goal. Coaching is a process used to take you from where your are now to where you want to go.
